Please note that final prices will depend on your particular circumstances, such as any complex immigration history, taking witness statements, income source for satisfying the financial requirements, amount of documents that we need to consider and whether you are applying with dependants.

The prices below are fixed fees based on common types of cases and are excluding VAT. All prices are approximate figures and can vary depending on your needs and complexity of the case.

What do the legal fees include?
LEGAL ADVICE
Our team of experts will offer legal advice on the relevant guidelines and procedures to follow including Home Office and Government requirements.
DOCUMENTATION
We'll tell you which documents you will need to provide to support your application, tailored to your circumstances. Our legal team will review all of your documents to ensure they meet the strict requirements of the immigration rules. We can also provide assistance in obtaining further evidence for your application including taking any witness statements.
APPLICATION
We provide legal support in
submitting the application to the relevant Home Office, Passport Office, Tribunal, Court or Government Legal department.
This includes full preparation of complete application pack, which includes legal representation, relevant application form, and supporting specified documents.
OUTCOME
We will correspond with the relevant legal bodies until a decision is received. Our team will offer expert legal advice in relation to the outcome of the application and next steps, if applicable.
How long will my application take?
We cannot guarantee how long the Home Office will take to process your application. Read the current processing times.
When we take your instructions we will estimate how long your application may take to prepare and submit. For example, a typical spouse entry clearance application can be prepared in 4-6 weeks, so long as you are able to provide supporting evidence promptly.

Please note the anticipated time and fees are estimates based on the facts above. All applications are likely to vary and of course, we can give you a more accurate estimate once we have more information about your specific case.

Terms of Business
We adopt a collaborative approach to our work, which means that lawyers of varying experience, from paralegals to qualified solicitors, may work on your case at different times. We will make clear in our client engagement letter who is responsible for your file.

Disbursements are costs related to your matter that are payable to third parties, such as visa and you will pay this directly as part of the application process. You will be informed at the date of instruction of the exact Government fees payable.
The costs quoted do not include:
